自由が丘には、エスニック系のレストランは意外と少ない。インド料理、すなわちカレーとかが食べたくなったとき、どこにいくか？最近は「サンガワ」が有名で、小さい店なのでいつも繁盛している。昼飯どきに、ランチメニューでおすすめなのは、スーパーマーケット「ピーコック」のそばの「タージマハール」。ここのランチは、１０００円以下で、なかなか楽しめる。確か、９００円くらいで、サラダ、２種類のカレーと、タンドールチキン、ナン、それにドリンクがついてくる。ボリュームもある。
この店、インド人のひとがやっているようで、サービスはちょっと？なとこもありだが、肝心のカレーは合格点かな。私的には、結構気にいってる。
